I have an old DSC 1550 panel I'd like to add the escort voice module to.
Does anyone know what model escort went with these? Thanks in advance
Dave

I have a newer version of the Escort laying around the shop. Do you think
theirs any danger of trying this on it? Thank you
Dave

There are Escort modules for Power Series panels and Escorts for Maxsys
panels. None for the 1500/1550 that I have ever seen. You can hook it up. I
don't think it will work. As cheap as a panel is why not get one that works?
If you have a PC4580 it will work with a PC4010 or 4020.
If you have a PC5580 it will work with a PC832 series
If you have a very old VPM-1 it works with the PC2550/3000
Again, no Escort works with the PC1500/1550

I'm pretty overdue for an upgrade anyway, it's a PC 4580 escort, I'll have
to see if my supplier has the 4010 or 4020 panels. Thank you for your help
