anyone know of a backdoor for resetting the dealer code or just
defaulting the whole damn thing?

(we've got an ADT customer who wants to switch)

Lots of eexperiense with RF Commanders and SX-V's but know nothing about
this panel (other than what I read in the manual)

If it is the ADT version, you will have to replace the main panel. All
your sensors however are compatible.

It's not a standard Commander 2000, defaulting it will do nothing since
every location is different and it sends a proprietary format

It came out after the RF Commander and SX-V, used standard crystal sensors
(not SAW) and was a better panel than those other two
