Hello All

I need the lattest First Alert Personality File or latest First alert
Version of Compass to enable the First Alert
Templates in my Ademco Compass software.

If you find a source, I think everyone here wants it. It is simply not
available unless you are a First Alert Dealer.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Have you tried asking Honeywell?
According to at least one FA vendor,
they will provide the FA "personality
file" to folks with a First Alert system
who call 800-921-6025.

I'm not a First Alert dealer so I've
not verified this.

Interestingly, that online vendor has
Honeywell software on its server
and gives it away to anyone who
wants it. That's more convenient
for the DIYer than having to go to
Honeywell's "MyWeb Tech" website
to download it.

I could use a updated FA too.

I beleive he's talking about another online vendor who states that First
Alert Users can call First Alert and they will provide the personality
disk.
