If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
My system is doing a fast short beep at different times (usually seems
to be middle of the night). It doesn't stop until I enter the code. I
see it flashes BAT, but no zone. I think it might be the battery
backup, but I changed that within the last 6 months. Is there anything
else it can be?

Check for loose battery connection. Charging circuit should read about
13.6 or so volts dc. Check transformer output. Should be about 17 to
18 volts ac. If everything checks out ok, its new batt time again.

Do you have any wireless devices in the system?

Do you have an arming/disarming keyfob?

Do you have a wireless panic button?

I have 1 wireless motion sensor and 3 wireless door/window sensors.
Those give a zone though when the battery is low and all have been
changed recently.

I have a wireless disarm keyfob, but that is 3rd party (StreetSmart )
and not the same manufacturer as the alarm system.
