If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I just downloaded the 2005 version of Norton Anti-Virus and after restarting
my computer it will not allow me to open it up. I get an error box that says
"A required .DLL file, CCTRUST.DLL, was not found" I have Windows ME. how
do i fix this?

Try booting into safe mode (tap the F8 button several times after booting up
& seeing your BIOS screen) and removing it in add/remove programs.

CCTRUST.DLL is a Symantec (Norton) file.

Are you attempting to upgrade from an earlier version of NAV? What version?
