If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
MSN blocks the potentially unsafe files. This may cause some inconvenience
to the genuine user but considering the overall risk I cant blame MS.
One better way is to rename the file extension before sending. Eg: change it
to .txt instead of .mp3. Once the file is sent then the other person can
change it to mp3
Another method to transfer blocked files is to use the File Sharing
application from the Activities pulldown menu in your conversation window
