If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
for security reasons, CHM files are blocked by default correct? Well when I
opened a CHM file from a Compressed Folder (ZIP) I get to see the content
just fine. When it is extracted, it showed all blank pages.
I was not sure what was happening until I read the following blog post:

once I unblocked the extracted file, it worked just like the one that was
not extracted. This is not an easy security vulnerability, but I wanted to
know if anyone else can confirm the same behavior.
