Automatic Updates greyed out mneves 01-29-2006

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
My Windows XP Security Center-Automatic Updates is ON, but when I click on
Manage Security Settings all the settings are greyed out, and I can't change
them. Is there something I need to do to activate them?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
You have to be logged in as an Administrator to change those settings.

Also, if you're in a corporate environment, there may be a Group Policy
in place that is preventing you from making the changes.
