If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
After installing WSUS in a W2003 Server, I get the following error:

Event Type:        Error
Event Source:        Windows Server Update Services
Event Category:        Synchronization
Event ID:        364
Description:
Content file download failed. Reason: Access is denied. Source File:
/msdownload/update/v3-19990518/cabpool/q832894_d1d0971b6a9ff0425173bce95c1c141.exe
Destination File:
d:\F_utiles\WSUS\WsusContent\E913E900B278C3206DC297B847E299F346F09F87.exe.

Where is the access denied to?
Why?

Could someone help me?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
sounds like a disk permissions error, check ntfs perms to make sure that the
process has write access to it. It may be wise to assign the everyone group
read/change to the data folders

Did you specifically check NTFS permissions on folder
d:\F_utiles\WSUS\WsusContent
to make sure that the account used by IIS has write ?

There is a newsgroup for WSUS
microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services
which would be the correct place to post on this issue.
