If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
every day when I turn on my computer and after it has finished loading
everything, I go to control panel and double click the windows firewall icon
and when it opens it shows that it is turned off so I click to turn it on and
the very next day I have to turn it on again. why is it turning off everyday?

We don't have enough information about your computer to answer that.
Here are some general suggestions:

1. Do you have antivirus programs like McAfee or Norton or other
third-party security software? These programs normally have a firewall
component which will turn off the Windows Firewall. This is A Good Thing
because you don't want two firewalls running.

2. The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

3. The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?
