Hello Marion,
This has signs of a malware carrier. MS only sends bulletins and /only/ =
if you had pro-actively asked to get a bulletin.=20
If the email has an attachment, then this is yet another sign of a =
malware. You'll never see or have a "download button" with legitimate MS =
bulletins.
I hope you permanently deleted this email, and more so, have kept your =
Windows up-to-date with critical & security updates; have current AV & =
anti-malware and that you do regular scans for malware.

For email these days, assume that every message you receive is a hoax,
unless proof is presented otherwise.
Don't trust 'proof' that comes in by email, either - by 'proof', I mean that
you open up Windows Update in your browser, and see if there are any new
patches. That's how security fixes will come to you, not by email.
The most that will come to you by email is a patch _announcement_, and that
will only come if you have specifically requested that it be sent, by
subscribing to the security bulletins.
Just ignore these emails - and tell your friends to do the same.
