I find I have a root enterprise cert server that was created by a previous
admin.

The server was taken offline and removed from the domain a year ago. At
that time, no one knew it was a cert server. I now need to create another
server as the root cert server. Nothing is using the original server, so how
can I safely remove it as a cert server? Again, it does not exist in the
domain at all, but when I run
certutil, it returns this server as the certificate server.

Thanks!
