I have mbsa installed on my computer and when i run a scan it tells me that
my system is not secure because part of my system runs on FAT instead of NTFS
and when i follow the instructions to resolve the issue like add snapin or
whatever it is called the one i want is not available, how do i resolve this
problem.

Changing a partition from FAT to NTFS is done with the commandline
utility named convert. Start \ run cmd and in the cmd window enter
convert /?
for info. It is generally advised to have a full backup before use,
although reports of problems converting a non-infected machine
are not at all common.

If you do want to address the snap-in issue you need to be more
informative, what snapin, how did you try, what OS version, etc.
