Recently started having problems with MSN and Yahoo., where someone has been
able to gain access from an outside source and reset my passwords. Not only
are they resetting the passwords, but have managed to hijack,, 3 accounts,,
and erased allmy contacts and personal e-mails. I have changed my passwords
at different computers, and different areas not affiliated with home and
work. is there any info that someone can help me with.

please send any e-mail to lenmoscovitch@bond-tech-industries.com

I suspect this has happened because you have no security anywhere. A
good example is posting your real email address on Usenet, where
thousands of people (some of whom are Not Nice and some of whom are
spammers) will see it and Google Groups archives last until the heat
death of the universe. You should probably change it now.

As for your problem, it sounds very much like there may be a keystroke
logger on your computer. Make sure the machine is clean:

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus Ewido. Do all
prep/finishing work and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe
Mode.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

If you were using the free MSN and Yahoo webmail, you'll just need to
make new accounts on a different machine or when you know your own
machine is really clean.
