The result of my quests is always so unlikely! I 've noticed that the search
is slow in starting than usual as if something monitored my google. And then
what I receive are strange websites never seen before.
The pc seems to be clean after several antivirus scanning and antispyware.
Who can help me?

Since you didn't give any details about what av and antivirus products
you used or your techniques, here are general malware removal steps:

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Review them and if you didn't do the preparatory/finishing work
suggested and/or if you didn't scan in Safe Mode and use well-known
removal tools - follow the instructions at the link.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

Ok, you are right. I'm goin to tell what I did on my pc.
I have Kaspersky AV and run Panda, T-secure and Norton AV scanning on line.
Everything was ok.
I used Ad-aware, Noadware, Spy-bot, Sophos Anti rootkit and Ewido and
everything was ok as well.
Do you think there is something else I can do?

As Ayush suggested, check your search preferences in Google. Clear your
browser cache, empty Temporary Internet Files. See if you have other
search programs running - Google Desktop Search, etc. Without knowing
what the "strange websites" are, that's about all I can suggest too.

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?
