If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
This would require that the certificate be submitted to either a standalone
CA or to a 3rd party CA. If you are using an enterprise CA, then you are
limited to requesting that the request be based on a specified certificate
template. Now you can provide the subject of the certificate in the request
(if the template allows this), and some settings can over-ride certificate
template settings (going with a longer key, shorter duration period,
different CSP), but not extension changes such as adding an application
policy
