I am not so sure what exactly are you asking about but if you want how to
enable/disable account here it is for Windows XP
You must be administrator to manage accounts.Goto Control Panel-> User account
and if you an admin user,you can do everything with accounts.
If you are asking for something else,please redesign your post.You can also
