If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I just got an email (below) I look for it in microsoft.com and could not find
it. If you look at the number its old. How do I report this to microsoft?

You don't bother reporting it. This is quite an old scam and is well
known by Microsoft, computer professionals, and savvy end-users. It is
good that you were smart enough to know that it was a fake and that
Microsoft never sends emails with attachments just like eBay, your
bank, and your ISP don't send emails asking you to "correct your
account information" by clicking on a link.

There is no way to control the sending of these things. You did the
correct action by just deleting the message with the viral attachment.
