exporting certifcates from Certificate services in PEM format

If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Can anyone direct me to an article etc that confirms that I cannot export a
certifcate from Certificate services in PEM format?

Just check the interface.
You must convert using OpenSSL
