If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
You need to install client certificate. Basic information on how to do that
you can find, for example, in Internet Explorer help (available by pressing
F1 in IE window).
As the site may require a certificate from specific certification authority
and certain defined attributes, you better contact the web site owners for
instructions.
