No. Access control is based on user accounts that are being used
to access, not on machines from which access is made.
If User1 only accesses from Computer1, and User2 only from
Computer2 then you can have Read/Write permissions for User1
and Read permissions for User2, and result is that accesses from
Computer1 and Computer2 are different, but only because of
the user accounts being used.
