If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

By default, users cannot change the date and time. And if you're on a
domain, you don't want to let them do this anyway or you'll have AD problems
galore; more than a 5-minute discrepancy between client and DC will mess
things up. What's your goal here?
