Hello Rufus . Unfortunately , Trend Micro is the onliest company that can
help you since it is their product and they best know it . These are
Microsoft products discussion groups but this is Trend Micro's issue so
please , contact them
or
change your antivirus software with something better - NOD32 , for example :)
