No it is not necessary. In fact it is not advisable.
These are different. Anonymous refers to access without
reference to / involvement of any account recognized by
the system. Iusr_ and Iwam_ are recognized accounts.
They are authenticated users, not anonymous.
It is very rare where one might want to allow anonymous
access, mostly for support of access by users on old
downlevel versions of Windows.
