If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is there a way to allow emailing certain files only to specific users as
attachment?

We got some files that we know will be used only from a group of users. I
know we can encrypt those files and decrypt only for this set of users. I was
wondering if there was any other way to prevent accidental mistakes to
prevent this files from being emailed to the wrong user.

Have a look at Windows Rights Management Services on the Microsoft web
site.
