If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I am considering dropping McAfee in favor of Zone Alarm. My main concern is
support. McAfee has no free phone support, but does have free on-line chat
and an excellent newsgroup. However, if I have a problem and cannot connect
to the internet, I'm stuck (Mcafee charges for phone support). I have heard
excellent reviews of Zone Alarm as a product. But what about support? I would
very much appreciate hearing from current Zone Alarm users on the support
aspect of the product. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Bryan

I have heard that ZoneAlarm has a paid-for version that includes an
antivirus, although I don't know which one they use. ZoneAlarm personal
version (free) is just a firewall. ZoneAlarm has user forums and I
think that would be your best place to learn how other ZA users like
the program.

While I don't run Zone Alarm, the support community is very good, apparently.

Of course, you could have easily found this yourself...

Have been using ZA Pro for a few years now, no complaints. Have heard of
one or two updates in the past causing problems, none here though.
