Folders that contain the Backup set, that are on external hard disks, can
apparently only be viewed by user accounts with administrator permissions.
However, administrators do not have delete permissions. Those permissions
must be granted to the administrator account.
In XP Home Edition, you have to right click the One Care Backup folder on
the external drive, select properties, select the Sharing tab, check the box
that allows the folder to be shared and check the box that allows other users
to change your files. You can then delete the folder.
Amazing, huh?!
