If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Please help this message pops up.

Due to unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall
settings.

I just googled "Due to unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows
Firewall
settings" and found a number of sites that discussed work-arounds for this
issue. Have you tried this?
