If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Logging in as Administrator and logging into a Vista User Account with
administrative privileges is not the same thing.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Right click the removal tool and Run as Administrator. That has more
prividges than your administrator account.
