If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Yes.
Even if SP1 was only the sum of all pre-SP1 security patches,
the system with SP1 would be superior if only because of the
changes to the firewall
and (if one uses it as one should)
the Security Configuration Wizard
However, the even if is itself not true as there are more patches
in SP1 than just the pre-SP1 security patches
