If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Have reinstalled SP2 on my system due to various SW problems. Wanted to
reinstall all the security updates since SP2, but the Windows Update site
tells me that my system is up to date!

Is that really true? Does an SP2 reinstallation keep all the security
updates, and my system is still secure? If not, how can I reinstall them
(without downloading every single update)?

Yes , I think it is true because you have removed and then installed the
Service Pack but this doesn't remove the updates you already have . You can
goto Add/Remove Programs -> check Show updates and see them

To be 100% sure this message was crossposted to the Windows Update newsgroup
