I burned a group of files to a CD then ran fciv to compute the md5 hashes for
the original files on the hard disk and for the files on the CD. All were
different. If I copy the files from the CD back to the hard disk and run
fciv on them, the md5 hashes are identical. Anyone know why fciv computes
different MD5 hashes for files on CD media?
