Hello,

I have a workstation XP-Pro with SP2 and all updates installed where a
second drive is mapped as a directory on C:.
The maps in this directory (and the root map wher the drive is mapped to)
go's automatic to the read only state. I can change the flag off but each
time the system turns it on again. There is no error message when I try to
change the flag and the user has administrative rights on the machine. Even
I as a domain administrator have the same problem.

The effect is that it is imposible to remove, move or rename the maps.

Is there someone out there who has an idee what's going on here or how I can
search for the program or what-so-ever who's changing the read-write state
of those maps.

Greets,
