While there is no way for me to know if your computer is
virus/malware-free, it is extremely unlikely that these problems are
caused by software. Rather it sounds like hardware failure. Since you
have a laptop, the troubleshooting you can do yourself is limited. Call
your laptop mftr.'s tech support.
