This about the vunerability 912840
microsoft send me this patch for soport Premier

Don't really understand your issue here. But I can tell you that
Microsoft never sends updates by email. If you got an so called "update"
then you better delete it because it's most likely a virus...

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
If you have a patch from a link MS support sent to you for
downloading it, then this is a patch you will need to apply
by other methods since WSUS will only distribute patches
that MS has issued through its Microsoft Update servers.
