I noticed 2 files listed below in a unknown folder named “Palo Alto
Software”
inside C:\Programs Files\Common Files\Palo Alto Software

qpas4.ocx and pas4.dll

Can anyone advise where these might of come from?

Nothing has been detected by: Windows Defender, symantec anti-virus, spy
sweeper, ad-aware, on-line micro-trend scan or moosoft

I ask because I found the following on a Google search

"Shared Files. C:/Program Files/Common Files/Palo Alto Software/. pas4.dll
qpas4.ocx. This link will enable anyone to access this folder online. ..."

Thank you

Ben

Those are the control libraries for Business Plan Pro. If you this
software is not installed, then you can remove the files by running
from the command line:

Regsvr32 /U "C:\Programs Files\Common Files\Palo Alto Software
\qpas4.ocx"
Regsvr32 /U "C:\Programs Files\Common Files\Palo Alto Software
\pas4.dll"
