If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is this what your antivirus program tells you? Which one do you have
installed?
Try to do a full online scan at: "Windows Live Safety Center"
http://safety.live.com/site/en-US/default.htm
If you don't have any anti spyware software installed then you could
consider to install the Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware program, see for
more details:
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
If you need to reboot into "safe mode" then see this document:
"A description of the Safe Mode Boot options in Windows XP"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222/en-us
