McAfee has informed me that I have been a trojan which it can't delete or
quarantine.

It is Windows/sys32/xod.dll
Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Thanks

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1

It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
