There is really nothing the default Windows system can do for you
on that matter. The issue is that the individual probably should have
been allowed read on the files about which you have concern. The
system holding the files does not control what is done with them
after they have been read (i.e. emailed, saved to thumbdrive, etc.).
Similarly, the system does not audit what is done with them. Some
of the gap could be closed with what comes with Windows, but it
would have to have been done beforehand.
