If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is there a way to set the individual user accounts up and have time
restraints on it.

(ie 1 hour at a time)

The only built-in way to do this is with a login script or service,
custom provided, that logs the account off after the specified
amount of time has passed.
There may be third-party tools.
I would suggest that you post to one of the Windows XP
newsgroups, assuming that you do have XP, stating your
versions (Home?) and objective. The general and the
security_admin XP newsgroups are likely candidates.
Someone there may have specific guidance for you.
