Hi,
I keep on trying to develop my own CSP to sign email's, but it seems like i
can't be done without CA. Is it posible to inform operating system ( Win2000
and above ) that there's a CSP library which can sign data?
Any help would be appreciated:)

So i answer myself:
According to
