Looks to me like you don't have the permissions to the files, that's why you
can't see Security tab. Were these files copied by someone else to that
location? How about the folder permissions where the files are stored? If
you're an administrator of that box, click on Advanced button when you view
Properties of the folder/file. From there, you can see who's the current
owner of the file/folder.
