If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Good Evening, I did a system recovery and now I have no Security Center so I
don't know if my firewall is turned on. Help.

Windows version? Do you have a third-party firewall installed? Why did you
do a "system recovery" and what do you mean by that, exactly?
