Hi!

One of my Win2003 server is not getting update from my internal sus server
whereas other servers are working ok.

Here;s the msg i got from win2003 server which used to be receiving patches
from sus.

"The Software Update Services Synchronization Service service failed to
start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified. "

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Seems it cannot find the parent server, check your network settings.

Also please remember that the SUS server at Microsoft doesn't work anymore
as you must use WSUS, which is a much better product.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Make sure that the servers falls in the scope of the SUS server. Use RSoP to
make sure if the server has received the GPO that you use for SUS. If the
server did not receive the GPO then you need to check with gpotool for group
policy replication problems. Also verify that the path to the SUS server is
correct.
