Im sick to death of spam , its soo anoying .
The funniest thing is though
Why have i recived an email that is spam and that has come from my actual
email adress.??
Can any one help me?

More likely a trojan thats infected peoples computers, its a way to make you
'trust' the email.

If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
messages to this email address:
then delete the message. They will investigate it. There is a penalty that
can reach over £1000 to companies that send spam emails and sell your email
address. People that investigate it go by a law sceme called "The can
spam-act"
You can also download free email filters, to filter out any emails that you
add to the list, also most email companies offline or online have them built
in!
