If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I keep getting the message "this operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems
administrator." I have no administrator. This all happened after i did a
system restore and now I can't get into any programs

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Also, does this happen for only your user profile, or for all user
profiles? If it is the first, then delete and recreate your profile.
Otherwise, what OS are you running?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Someone (either an admin or a virus) has set group policy options to
restrict your access. If an admin recently made changes, please talk to
them. Otherwise, I suspect you have a virus infection. What operating system
are you using?
