I get my Nortons from Ebay each year when Nortons ask me to re subscribe,
far cheaper than what Nortons ask for and I get latest version as a bonus by
getting new.
All have been genuine with no problems.
I feel you should return yours for refund and tell Ebay. Then rebuy.
