Let me get this straight. You're using a service already, and now want to
ask how it works.

Specifically, you want to know if someone who has already cracked their
security could crack their security some more.

The answer is yes.

Agreed. When you use SSL encryption to a server, the server of course is
able to decrypt that data.

However, you have bigger things to worry about with these services. Do a
google search and you will find other more common security concerns than the
scenario you posed. That's not to say that you shouldn't use those
services, but it is an added risk, and some companies forbid their use for
this reason.
