I paid for a year subscription for an online download of BitDefender
anti-virus. After one month I get indications it has expired. I have
emailed about 10 different addresses given in the communications I received
from my initial order, and have not had a single response. In attempting to
request help on their sites, I've had an indication that my email address is
unknown, and that the license key I was provided is invalid. Does anyone
have suggestions how I can deal with this situation?

Your assistance is most appreciated.

It won't change anything w.r.t. BitDefender and the money you have paid, but
there are several free antivirus programs, e.g. AVG
(http://free.grisoft.com/).

Hope this helps.
