I do not use Anti-virus software because it can be vary unreliable.
I use Highjackthis, Process Explorer, and TCP View to check for any
unwanted software and when I find something new or suspicious I look
it up at sites like this
http://www.processlibrary.com/ I have not had any problems since I
have set up my computer as secure as possible and have every thing up
to date including the drivers for my hardware Which Microsoft does not
usually update that for you.
does any one know if it is safe to use the Opting Out of DoubleClick's
Monitoring by downloading it's cookied like it said to do at this site
